Far Infrared Rays

Diabetes Management

A crisis exists today. Millions of people are unwell, suffering from the stresses that are part of modern living: lack of sleep, poor nutrition (and obesity), exposure to dangerous pollutants, no exercise, time pressures. And people - millions of people - are looking for solutions.

In today's world, stress has become a key factor in regards of maintaining health. In order to perform to the maximum we demand a lot from our body. Because of less physically demanding jobs, we run the risk of being overweight, accumulating toxic materials in organs and under the skin, etc. All this leads to lower immunity levels, stress, sluggishness, lower energy levels, diabetes, heart diseases, Asthama, Arthritis, muscle spasms, skin diseases, acne, sleeplessness and various other lifestyle induced illnesses.

he Far Infrared Rays Detox Cabin is a boon for such wellness needs.

What is Far Infrared Rays (FIR)?

FIR is an invisible segment of the solar spectrum; it is a bio-genetic beam, scientifically proved to be capable of promoting the growth and health of living cells of both flora and fauna.

How is FIR beneficial?

FIR is known to have positive effects on living organisms in human bodies, animals and plants. It helps retain their freshness and prolongs life.

This truly beneficial far-infrared originally comes to us from the sun. The full light spectrum is produced by the sun, and within the scale of that spectrum at 0.75 to 1000 micron is infrared (IR). Moreover, 80 percent of the solar energy is made up of infrared waves. And within that 80 percent of that infrared is far-infrared. Keep in mind that along with a light source there is heat, but infrared is not just any heat. It is the essential radiant heat needed by living organisms to rejuvenate blood flow and deliver oxygen proportionally throughout the body.

Infrared is divided up by three levels. First, there are near-infrared rays at .75 to 1.5 micron. Second, there are mid-infrared rays at 1.5 to around 5 micron. These two grouped together are commonly referred to as infrared (IR). Your body uses these waves for daily consumption from the sun. IR is thus, a natural radiant heat that you need to sustain life.

Now the third group begins at around 5 micron to 1000 micron. This is a longer wavelength known as far-infrared (FIR). FIR waves are absorbed by the body to aid in the healing process, balance bodily circulation and activate metabolism in tissues and cells. We live in an environment of far-infrared waves. Every living thing including animals and plants receive and radiate them. In comparison to all the different types of energy which come from the sun, the FIR is the safest and the most beneficial electromagnetic energy source. Most of the human body heat is typically radiated away as FIR at the 8 to 12 micron wavelength. The human body absorbs energy easily from the radiated FIR wave of 8-12 micron wavelengths. Extensive biological research has shown that FIR wavelengths of 6 to 15 micron are beneficial to the human body and consequently are known as physiological energy or Bio-Genetic energy.

The sun produces a wide variety of things in its electromagnetic spectrum. Most of these are invisible to us

The invisible things include, as the chart shows above, cosmic rays, gamma rays, x-rays, and UV (ultraviolet) rays which, though invisible, burn or tan your skin.

Other invisible output from the sun includes infrared rays (including far infrared), microwaves, long waves and radio waves.

The sun produces visible light. We are familiar with that light and its many colors by using our eyesight. Artificially created light supplements sunlight, too. Humans cannot see anything smaller than 40 microns in size. You cannot see far infrared rays, but you certainly can feel their warmth.

As an example, if you are outside on a cool, sunny day, the sun provides you warmth, but if a cloud temporarily covers the sun, suddenly you feel chilly, even though the air temperature is still the same. That warmth is from far infrared rays.

Note: a micron (known also as a micrometer) is one-millionth of a meter. Far infrared rays, including non-purified FIR rays, range between 4 to 1,000 microns.
